Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the confirmed starting time, based on local UAE time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour begins may be non-refundable. Changes requested within 24 hours of departure may not be accepted.

If the operator cancels the tour because of unsafe weather, official restrictions or another operational reason, guests may be offered an alternative date or an applicable refund.
