After landing, complete immigration formalities and collect all luggage before proceeding to the confirmed arrivals meeting area.
Keep your telephone connected and check WhatsApp for instructions from the local team. If you cannot locate the representative or driver, contact the supplied assistance number before leaving the terminal or arranging alternative transportation.
The included waiting period begins according to the confirmed booking terms. Immigration delays, lost luggage, customs inspections or extended baggage delays should be reported immediately.
HOTEL AND RESIDENCE PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Please wait in the hotel lobby, building reception or agreed roadside pickup point at least 10 minutes before the confirmed pickup time.
The driver may be unable to wait in restricted areas where parking is prohibited. Keep your telephone available so the driver can contact you upon arrival.
